Coach Reimbursement Procedure

Bow View reimburses 3 coaches/team/season.

CSI, CI, CI Eval & MED (the $30 version or less) are the only courses eligible to be reimbursed.

Bow View does NOT reimburse for Respect in Sport, the Managers Course or Police Checks.

Coaches will only be reimbursed for the courses that are required for the age division and tier they are on the team roster for in the current season. It is the responsibility of each coach to ensure they are taking the correct courses.

When you have completed your courses please send ONE email with all receipts to admin@bowviewringette.com with the following:

• subject line "Reimbursement, First and Last Name, Team Code & Team Name" (example- Reimbursement, Daffy Duck, U12B-3 Impact)

• Indicate the email address you would like your e-transfer reimbursement sent to

• attach ALL receipts in one email (see example of the type of receipt required -PayPal)

• Course confirmation emails will not be accepted in place of an official receipt.

Courses are specific to age divisions- if you coach on more than one team please specify the team you are requesting reimbursement for.

Reimbursements will be processed by e-transfer in January once course completion has been confirmed by Ringette Alberta.

All requests for reimbursement must be received no later than March 31 of the current season.
